1. Information we collect
The Contact page reads the name, company name, phone number, email address, inquiry type and need description that you choose to submit. Cargo type, origin and destination do not currently have separate fields; you may decide whether to include them in the need description.
Submitted inquiries are received by a same-origin endpoint and saved in a protected directory on our server. Phone numbers, email addresses and messages are not placed in page URLs.
2. How information is used
When information is actively submitted by you, it is intended for replying to a business inquiry, understanding transport or cooperation needs, and related business communication. Contact information is not intended for uses unrelated to Longgong Port's business.
3. Information storage
Names, contact details and inquiry messages are not saved in browser storage. After submission, a non-personal receipt reference is kept briefly in the browser session. Authorized staff can view inquiry records on the server and retain them as needed for business handling. Contact us below to request a correction or deletion.
4. Information sharing
Without an appropriate business or legal basis, your contact information will not be used for purposes unrelated to the inquiry. If a production workflow uses a service provider to process forms, its scope, access and compliance arrangements should be confirmed before connection and reflected in this policy.
5. Third-party services
The pages use a system font stack and do not load an external font service. Google Analytics, advertising trackers, an external map, online CAPTCHA and other analytics platforms are not currently connected, and no cookie is set for those functions. This policy will be updated before any such service is introduced.
6. Contact
If you have a question about privacy, you can contact the project team using the details published on this website.
7. Policy updates
This notice will be updated as website features and business processes change. Updated: 18 October 2026.
